Kuwait Airways receives its sixth Airbus A330-900neo ‘Qaruh’

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 12: Kuwait Airways has taken delivery of its sixth Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, named “Qaruh,” as part of its fleet purchase agreement with Airbus.

The aircraft arrived in Kuwait from the Airbus factory in Toulouse, France, marking another step in the national carrier’s fleet modernization program.

Kuwait Airways said the latest delivery will support its operational plans, help expand its network of destinations and meet the evolving needs of the air transport market while enhancing the travel experience and services offered to passengers.

The airline said it also expects to receive a seventh Airbus A330-900neo as part of its ongoing fleet modernization program.

The A330-900neo features advanced technologies, improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions compared with previous-generation aircraft. It also offers enhanced passenger comfort, supporting Kuwait Airways’ operational efficiency and long-term expansion plans.
