Knowledgeable sources said a study is underway to select the better destination in terms of market. They explained that Eastern Europe and countries of the Caucus such as Bosnia, Georgia and Azerbaijan became the favorite destination of travelers from Kuwait and other Gulf states due to their serenity. With regard to delay in launching the flights, the same sources noted “it’s no secret that Kuwait Airways is witness to phases of restructuring in all sectors and renewal of outdated fleet”. They acknowledged the delivery of 12 Airbus (A330 and A320) in addition to 10 Boeing B777-300ER, indicating 8 of the 10 Boeing aircraft have already been received and the remaining 2 will be handed over in July and August.By Bilal Bader Al-Seyassah Staff
