Kuwait Airways launches new economy class without checked baggage.
KUWAIT CITY, March 18: Kuwait Airways has indicated that some London-bound flights may operate via Dammam, responding to passenger queries on its official account on X. (https://x.com/KuwaitAirways)
The airline was replying to customers' comments who had booked travel to destinations across the United Kingdom, including those whose flights were cancelled without prior notification. In its responses, Kuwait Airways advised affected passengers to reach out via private messages for tailored assistance and rebooking support.
The clarification comes as the airline confirmed that, due to ongoing regional airspace closures, all flights to and from Kuwait have been cancelled or temporarily suspended until further notice.
Kuwait Airways emphasized that the safety and well-being of its passengers and crew remain its top priority, adding that further updates will be communicated through its official channels.
Passengers are encouraged to manage their bookings through the airline’s website or mobile application. For urgent assistance, the airline has provided a dedicated helpline at 171.
