KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: Kuwait Airways announced on Friday that it will operate four additional flights to London on December 1, 21, 25 and 29, expanding services to one of its most in-demand destinations during the winter travel season.

In a press release, the airline said the move comes as part of its efforts to meet increasing passenger demand and ensure greater comfort and convenience for travelers. It noted that London remains one of its most important and highly frequented routes.

Kuwait Airways added that it continues to carry out its development plans aimed at enhancing service quality and improving the overall travel experience, in line with the carrier’s longstanding reputation as one of the region’s most venerable airlines.

Founded in 1953 as a private company under the name Kuwait National Airways Ltd, the airline launched its first flight on March 16, 1954. The Kuwaiti government later acquired full ownership of the company in 1962.
