KUWAIT CITY, Jun 15: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Kuwait)) announced on Sunday the resumption of limited operations by Gulf, Arab, and foreign airlines through Terminal 4 (T4) at Kuwait International Airport.
In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (Kuwait News Agency), the authority said the decision reflects a “national responsibility” aimed at supporting passengers, ensuring continuity of airline services, and maintaining regular civil aviation operations.
The DGCA said it will coordinate with airlines wishing to operate from Terminal 4 to finalize flight schedules and operational arrangements.
It added that the move responds to the needs of travelers and is intended to provide more options for citizens and residents travelling to and from Kuwait. Passengers were urged to check flight updates and confirm schedules with their respective airlines before heading to the airport.
The authority also stressed that it is working closely with relevant agencies to ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and operational efficiency.
The DGCA concluded by reaffirming its commitment to uninterrupted aviation services while maintaining full compliance with safety protocols across Kuwait’s air transport system.
