KUWAIT CITY, Dec 7: In a recent development, Counselor Abdullah Al-Othman, the head of the General Department of Implementation, has taken a significant step to streamline procedures at the airport's travel prevention department, aiming to facilitate individuals involved in legal matters. According to information obtained by Al-Anbaa, the following guidelines have been put in place:

  1. Ban Orders Inquiry: Individuals can now inquire about travel ban orders through the computer system.
  2. Financial Assistance: Special amounts or expenses are made available for those wishing to make full or partial payments.
  3. Lifting Travel Bans: The travel ban can be lifted upon completion of procedures under code 0210. The lifting report should be photographed in the scanner system (EMG).
  4. Judgment Execution Notice: A notice of the execution of a judgment can be issued under Code 765 and should be documented in the scanner system (EMG).
  5. Certificate Issuance: A "To Whom It May Concern" certificate can be issued under code 980.
  6. Receiving Outside Payments: Amounts under code 745 can be received outside the administration, but the presence of the creditor in person is required.
  7. Vehicle Seizure Release: Vehicle seizure can be lifted upon payment of the due amounts under Code 650.
  8. Proof of Case: Proof of the case under Code 710 is necessary, specifically in relation to the aforementioned procedures.

This administrative decision aims to enhance efficiency and provide a more accessible process for individuals navigating legal matters at the airport's travel prevention department.
