KUWAIT CITY, March 31: The Ministry of Defense confirmed on Tuesday that Kuwaiti air defense systems are actively engaging hostile missile and drone attacks targeting the country.
In an official statement, the General Staff of the Army said that explosions heard in various areas are the result of successful interceptions carried out by air defense units against incoming threats.
Authorities have urged residents to remain calm and strictly follow security and safety instructions issued by relevant agencies.
The Government Communication Center reiterated that the situation is being closely monitored, with defense forces continuing operations to neutralize aerial threats.
