Civil Service Commission hosts workshop on new digital services guide system

KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) recently hosted an introductory workshop titled "The New Kuwait Services Guide System." This initiative, held in cooperation with the Central Agency for Information Technology and attended by various government agencies, aims to advance Kuwait Vision 2035, where digital transformation serves as a fundamental pillar. The focus is on preparing and developing a comprehensive electronic system for government services utilizing artificial intelligence technology.

During the workshop, Dr. Ali Sarkhou from the CSC presented the scientific methodology underpinning the new automated system. He introduced the goal of creating an all-encompassing guide to government services, which will facilitate the search for services and provide details on the application mechanisms, conditions, and requirements for each service.

To ensure the effective implementation of this new system, the CSC plans to hold additional introductory workshops for various government entities. This phase is crucial for finalizing the guide.

The CSC emphasized that the initiative aims to integrate all government agencies' services into the new system. This effort is being coordinated by the Administrative Development Sector of the CSC, led by Assistant Undersecretary Muhammad Al-Ahmad, with representation from the Department of Service Development and Work Methods and the Central Agency for Information Technology.
