KUWAIT CITY, Jun 28: Kuwait's air defense systems are currently intercepting what the military described as hostile missile and drone attacks, according to a statement from the General Staff of the Army.

The military said that any explosion sounds heard across the country are the result of air defense systems engaging and destroying incoming threats. Authorities urged the public to remain calm and strictly follow all security and safety instructions issued by the competent authorities.
