KUWAIT CITY, July 5: Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Dr. Fatma Al-Salem held talks on Wednesday with the Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Adarsh Swaika on boosting media cooperation between the two countries. The discussions, held during a meeting at the KUNA director general’s bureau, touched on various media issues of joint concern.
Dr. Al-Salem affirmed Kuwait’s keenness on boosting the media cooperation with sisterly and friendly states for serving its foreign policy. For his part, the Indian ambassador praised role of the Kuwaiti media for cementing relations with the sisterly and friendly states, particularly with his nation. He underlined KUNA’s presentation of its media message with credibility and objectivity, also lauding its up-to-date news services. (KUNA)
