KUWAIT, July 9: Kuwait Stock Exchange Company (KSE) has given 11 listed companies an opportunity to submit their late annual financial statements until Wednesday, July 15, 2020 before their shares are suspended until such data is received.

The bourse said on its website today, Thursday, that the companies are (Al Mal Investment), (Reem Real Estate), (Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport), (KGL Logistics) and (Burgan for well drilling, trade and maintenance).

Among the companies also include (Al-Maidan Clinic for Oral and Dental Services), (Dana Al-Safat Foodstuff), (Tamkeen Holding - suspended), (International Real Estate Cities - suspended), (Kuwait TV Cable - suspended) and (Effect Real Estate - suspended) .

The Kuwait Stock Exchange was established in April of 2014 in accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority. The Kuwait Stock Exchange replaced the Kuwait Stock Exchange and became the official stock exchange of the State of Kuwait as of April 25, 2016. (KUNA)
