Kris Jenner speaks out on Kourtney Kardashian’s surprise pregnancy reveal

LOS ANGELES, Nov 30, (Agencies): Kris Jenner expressed her displeasure when her eldest daughter, Kourtney Kardashian, revealed her pregnancy to the world without informing her beforehand. The momager, along with her daughter Khloé Kardashian, shared their feelings on the matter, disclosing that Kourtney had kept them in the dark about her plans to announce the pregnancy with her husband, Travis Barker, at a Blink-182 show in Los Angeles.

During the season 4 finale of “The Kardashians,” Khloé explained, “She found out on the news, my mom. She wasn’t very happy, rightfully so.”

Kris, narrating the unexpected revelation, admitted, “I woke up, opened my eyes, and right in front of me—because we had left the TV on the night before—I woke up really early in the morning to see Kourtney holding a sign. And then I realized it was ABC News.”

The 68-year-old momager further clarified, “I knew she was pregnant, but I just didn’t know she was going to announce it.”

Contrary to the public announcement, Kourtney had previously shared her pregnancy news with all of her sisters in a heartfelt, in-person moment on the previous week’s episode.

Khloé shared, “And when I said on Saturday, ‘Wow, Mom’s feelings are really hurt that you did this,’ she was like, ‘I forgot!'”

“She forgot she had a family. That’s what pregnancy brain does. It’s wild how that happens,” Kris sarcastically added.

Despite the family’s mixed reactions, Kourtney remains unfazed by their response to her pregnancy announcement.
