KUWAIT CITY, Dec 4: The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) announced the list of companies invited to participate in a limited tender for providing catering and canteen services at the main building of the Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) in Shuwaikh. KPC explained that, in line with Article 16 of Law No. 49/2016 on public tenders, the tender will be offered to the 15 companies at least 30 days after this announcement is published in the official gazette and on the company’s website. Any party not included in the list of invited companies has the right to appeal their exclusion or submit a request to participate in the tender, along with supporting documents, addressed to the Chair of the Higher Procurement Committee at KPC or one of its subsidiaries, within 30 days of this announcement.

Meanwhile, the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) announced the postponement of the bid submission deadlines for three tenders of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) from the original date of December 23, 2025, to January 13, 2026.

The three tenders are:

- Mechanical Maintenance of Production Unit Facilities at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery

- Mechanical Maintenance of the Workshop at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery

- Mechanical Maintenance of the Clean Fuels Units and Liquefied Gas Plant Facilities at Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery.

In a related announcement, CAPT also postponed a tender of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for the design, construction, and delivery of two medium-sized oil spill response vessels.
