KOC ‘back’ to 50% workers

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) on Wednesday will start operating with 50 percent of its workforce in accordance with Cabinet resolution number 66 issued on Oct 28, in which the Cabinet stressed the need to continue with the gradual return to normal life plan, reports Al-Anba daily. Vice-CEO for Administrative Affairs Qusay Al-Amer issued a circular stating that the same regulations and working hours will continue for the daytime, taking into account the need for flexibility in the interest of the public.
Employees under the shifting or irregular working hours system will continue to work in the company according to the work system and work requirement, he explained.
