KUWAIT CITY, April 20: A blood donation camp organized by Kerala Islamic Group (KIG) Kuwait was successfully conducted at Adan Blood Bank on Friday. The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 175 registrations and 126 donors, reflecting a strong spirit of social responsibility and community service. Members of the association along with the Malayalee community actively participated and donated blood with great enthusiasm. Considering the current situation in Kuwait, the association organized the camp as a meaningful contribution to the society.
The program was led by KIG General Secretary Sabik Yousef, CP Naisam, Abdulrazak Nadvi, ShafiP.T and area and unit leaders of KIG Kuwait who graced the occasion and contributed to its success. During the inaugural address, KIG President Anwer Saeed emphasized that blood donation is a vital social responsibility, highlighting that a single donation can save multiple lives. KIG arranged refreshments for the donors and distributed certificates of appreciation as a token of gratitude.
The organizers expressed their sincere thanks to the medical staff of Adan Blood Bank for their valuable support and extended special appreciation to all the donors for their generous contribution. The association also conveyed its gratitude to the committee members for their dedicated efforts in making the event a grand success.
