KFA and Al-Nowair join forces for 'Football for Humanity' initiative

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 3: Kuwait Football Association (KFA) Chairman Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousef Al-Sabah and Al-Nowair founder and CEO Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah have signed a memorandum of understanding to implement the 2026-27 season of the “Football for Humanity” initiative.

The program, under the slogan “Empower, Develop, Make a Difference,” targets boys and girls aged 6 to 14.

The partnership seeks to combine the expertise of the KFA and Al-Nowair and use football as a tool for human and community development. It will provide children in Kuwait with a safe, inspiring sporting environment where they can explore their potential, improve their skills, and develop their personalities.

The initiative will also promote values such as respect, teamwork, responsibility, and sportsmanship to help develop a more confident and socially aware generation capable of taking on leadership roles and making a positive contribution to the community.
