KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: The Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Manpower today approved the cancellation of the decision to ban the issuance of work permits to expatriates over sixty years holding high school diplomas and below. The council adopted a new resolution allowing the renewal of work permits for  an annual fee of 500 KD plus private health comprehensive insurance of KD 1,200 which was decided by group of insurance companies, reports Al Anba. This mean expats above 60 will have to pay KD 1,700 per year. This rule will be implemented after the automated system for renewing the residency of this category will be opened immediately after the approval of the Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Manpower Board of Directors.
