The accused in police custodyKUWAIT CITY, July 17: Police have arrested four Asians — three women and a man — for aborting fetuses, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily added, the women had set up a ‘clinic’ inside their apartment in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh to terminate illegal pregnancies.
During interrogations the women confessed to the charge and said they were taking KD 300 for each operation. Police then set a trap and caught the women in the act. The women and the equipment and medicines seized from their apartment have been referred to the authorities.
