KD 188,000 T5 expansion contract moves to pre-audit

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 11: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) referred the contract for the Terminal 5 (T5) expansion project to the State Audit Bureau (SAB), with a total value of KD 188,025, for pre-audit procedures. The Board of Directors of the Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT), during its meeting on Monday, August 3, approved PACA’s request to extend the bid evaluation period by ten days for the tender to operate, manage, and improve training services, as well as maintain and develop the new Terminal 2 (T2) and provide central maintenance for the Kuwait International Airport model. PACA’s efforts to finalize the tender procedures are part of its preparations to take over and operate the new Terminal 2 expansion project, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Public Works.
