KUWAIT CITY: Citizens and expatriates since January to September 2018 have spent nearly KD 18 billion through point of sale transactions and cash withdrawals via ATM, reports Al-Rai daily.According to the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), citizens and expatriates have spent more than one billion dinars abroad within the last nine months with the value of point of sales transactions reaching nearly KD 8.623 billion. It added KD 812.2 million was spent abroad, while the value of withdrawals made within the period is KD 287.3 million, and ATM transactions KD 9.26 billion
