KUWAIT CITY, March 16: MP Abdulwahab Al-Babtain has proposed a draft law to disburse KD 150 monthly rent allowance to each head of household whether or not he’s receiving housing allowance or rent allowance. He also suggested raising by KD 30 the allowance for any additional member of the benefi ciary family, reports Al- Rai daily.
