KUWAIT CITY, April 24: Head of Emergency Team of Capital Municipality Zaid Al- Enezi warned owners of real estate properties particularly private residential, investment residential and commercial buildings against building any structures on state properties without authorization, reports Al-Rai daily.He revealed that fines up to KD 1,000 will be imposed on each building under construction for placing guard tent in front of the property without the approval of the municipality. Al-Enezi explained that Article No. 24 of the ministerial resolution No. 190/2008 stipulates penalty of fines ranging from KD 500 to KD 1,000 against those who build a structure without a license. The erection of tents in front of properties under construction is in violation to the safety regulations especially those related to protection of public facilities
