ABU DHABI, Sept 3: Kazma Club’s youth volleyball team claimed third place and the bronze medal at the Kalba International Championship in the United Arab Emirates. The tournament featured strong competition from several clubs, including Dar Kulaib Club (Bahrain), Al-Hilal Club (Saudi Arabia), and hosts Kalba Club (UAE).
Khaled Al-Bahwah, Kazma’s Handball Director, praised the players’ performance and highlighted the club’s dedication to its youth volleyball teams, describing them as the future of the sport.
The bronze medal reflects the efforts of the club’s technical staff, led by Volleyball Director Saad Yaqoub and team coach Abdulrahman Kamal, with administrative support from team manager Hussein Al-Othman.
Coach Abdulrahman Kamal added that preparations will continue for the upcoming season, aiming to develop the youth players into a strong core for Kazma’s senior and youth teams.
