Juveniles spark brawl in a mall

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 30: The Ministry of Interior arrested a number of people who were involved in a brawl inside a Mall in Ahmadi Governorate. The arrested have been referred to the Juvenile Department to take legal measures against them.
