KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: The Public Relations and Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior said the General Traffic Department (GTD) following a traffic campaign during the past 48 hours in Wafra has arrested 17 juveniles and referred them to the Juvenile Prosecution, reports Al- Anba daily. The daily added, the GTD personnel have also impounded 19 vehicles and towed them to the Interior Ministry garage. The motorists were arrested for reckless driving and holding illegal races putting at risk their lives and the lives of others. During the campaign the security authorities have also issued 3,506 traffic citations, most of them for tinting vehicle glasses beyond the permissible level and obstructing traffic
