Juvenile arrested for driving without a license

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 9: The Traffic department arrested a juvenile for driving vehicle without a license, the vehicle has been impounded and the juvenile has been referred to the competent authority. Earlier the clip of the juvenile driving the vehicle went viral which prompted the traffic department to take action.
