LOS ANGELES, Oct 19, (Agencies): Julia Roberts has decided to part ways with her San Francisco residence. The 55-year-old actress recently listed her historic Edwardian-style home for $11.75 million, and it has already entered pending status on real estate websites like Zillow.
Interestingly, Roberts acquired this property in January 2020 for a reported $8.3 million. Nestled in the charming Presidio Heights neighborhood, the house boasts an impressive five stories, featuring four full bathrooms and five bedrooms. Its balconies offer breathtaking vistas of the San Francisco Bay, with the iconic Golden Gate Bridge gracing the backdrop.
Spread across 6,315 square feet, the abode is conveniently located near the Presidio, a national park with a rich history as a former US Army base. The listing for this property is currently managed by Tania Toubba of Sotheby's International Realty.
