AMMAN, Jun 6: Jordan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned Iranian attacks targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, stating that the actions constitute a violation of sovereignty and a threat to regional security and stability.
In an official statement, the ministry said the attacks breach international law and the United Nations Charter, warning that they represent a dangerous escalation that undermines ongoing efforts to restore peace and stability in the region.
Amman stressed that the incidents violate the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of both Bahrain and Kuwait, and must not be allowed to continue under any justification.
Jordan also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Bahrain and Kuwait, expressing support for all measures taken by both countries to protect their sovereignty, security, and the safety of citizens and residents.
The statement reflects growing regional diplomatic responses to rising tensions in the Gulf, with several countries voicing concern over escalation and its broader security implications.
