Jleeb Al Shuyoukh Campaign Records 386 Violations; 47 Wanted Persons Arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 18: A joint security and inspection campaign in Farwaniya Governorate resulted in 386 seizures, violations and enforcement actions, including the arrest of 47 wanted persons and 10 residency violators, the Ministry of Interior announced.

The campaign was conducted in coordination with the General Fire Force and Kuwait Municipality as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security, apprehend lawbreakers and address violations across the governorate.

The operation was supervised by Farwaniya Security Director Brigadier General Faisal Musaed Al-Rabbah and Assistant Director General of Security for the governorate Brigadier General Yousef Fahd Al-Sawla.

Key results of the campaign

The Ministry of Interior reported the following results:

Security-related actions

47 wanted persons arrested.
10 individuals apprehended for violating residency laws.
One person arrested for possessing alcohol.
Three abandoned vehicles impounded.

Traffic violations and enforcement

40 various traffic violations issued.
One vehicle administratively closed for traffic violations.
A total of 44 traffic-related seizures and violations recorded, according to the campaign's overall breakdown.

General Fire Force

78 violations and enforcement actions recorded.
23 cases referred for matters requiring business licences.

Kuwait Municipality

62 cases monitored involving the need to remove storage facilities.
25 stickers placed on vehicles.
15 cases involving non-compliance with space requirements monitored.
18 abandoned vehicles monitored.
10 cases requiring the removal of temporary buildings identified.
Six additional cases recorded in the municipality's enforcement activities.

Other enforcement measures

One closure warning issued.
One violation notice issued.

The Ministry of Interior said the campaign's overall results totalled 386 seizures, violations and enforcement actions, comprising:

58 security-related seizures and actions.
44 traffic-related seizures and violations.
284 actions and violations recorded by the participating authorities.

The campaign forms part of ongoing joint efforts by security agencies and government departments to enforce the law, address traffic and municipal violations, and improve public safety and compliance with regulations in Farwaniya Governorate.
