Jleb Al Shuyoukh under total grip of Interior

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 7: The Ministry of the Interior imposed a full cordon around the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area yesterday evening as per the decision of cabinet ministers to completely isolate the area as a precautionary measures to contain spread of corona virus in the country.

The sources said that about 230 soldiers from Ministry of Defense will be deployed this evening to all entrances and exits of the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area to isolate the area and the curfew.

Sources in the Ministry of Defense stated that this will prevent people from roaming and gathering in other areas.The sources said that the Ministry of the Interior is working to maintain security and provide services to the expat community of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Mahboula area since the decision was made to isolate these two areas which came into effect yesterday evening.
