The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, witnessed Renner’s triumphant return as he took the stage on Sunday to introduce the opening award.

Expressing gratitude and joy, the 53-year-old actor acknowledged the challenging journey of the past year and conveyed his happiness at being back with the fans who had played a significant role in his recovery. Renner praised the audience for breaking records and turning movies into movements, emphasizing their impactful presence. With thunderous applause in the background, he confidently stated, “You guys really brought this year. You broke records. You turned movies into movements.
