Jazeera Airways to Fly to Goa, Madurai via Dammam from April 15

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 2: Kuwait’s Jazeera Airways on Thursday announced the launch of two new routes to India Goa and Madurai via Dammam in Saudi Arabia, starting April 15.

CEO Barathan Pasupathi said flights to Goa will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays from April 15, while services to Madurai will run twice weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays from April 16.

The expansion brings the airline’s total destinations in India to 16, as part of its “Vandhe Bharat” initiative aimed at maintaining connectivity during challenging operating conditions. Barathan Pasupathi said the integrated air and land corridor via Dammam ensures uninterrupted passenger travel and supports the movement of essential cargo to Kuwait.

He added that India remains a key strategic market for the airline, driven by strong bilateral ties and a large expatriate community, with the new routes reflecting sustained demand and the carrier’s commitment to maintaining vital connectivity.
