Jahra Security Arrests Gulf Nationals with 3 Kilograms of Hashish

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: During an inspection tour in Sulaibiya, the operations patrols of the Jahra Security Directorate apprehended two individuals in a parked car. The driver attempted to flee, but he and his companions were successfully arrested and brought under control. According to a security source, a subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered approximately 3 kilograms of hashish, arranged for sale, along with an electronic scale. Further investigation into the individuals revealed that they were of Gulf nationality. The source mentioned, “The seized items have an estimated market value of about 10,000 dinars. They have been confiscated and handed over to the General Administration for Drug Control, with preparations underway to refer the case to the prosecution for the necessary legal actions against the offenders.”
