KUWAIT CITY, Sep 20: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition (PAFN) detected several violations during inspection campaigns targeting warehouses and factories in Al Jahra Governorate.

The Inspection Department conducted periodic checks to ensure compliance with food safety laws, regulations and approved health requirements.

Inspectors found food products unfit for human consumption being displayed and offered for sale. They also detected a food establishment operating without obtaining the required license from the Authority, along with other health requirement violations.

PAFN said legal action will be taken against violators and confirmed that inspection campaigns will continue regularly to protect consumer health and safety.
