KUWAIT CITY, Apr 4: The Ministry of Electricity, Water & Renewable Energy announced on Saturday that power has been fully restored to all affected areas in the Jahra following a technical malfunction at a main substation.
In a statement, the ministry said emergency and technical teams responded immediately after the outage, successfully restarting the substation and restoring electricity in line with approved procedures. It credited the swift response and efficiency of national engineers and technicians for containing the issue and ensuring a safe and complete restoration of power.
The update was issued through the Government Communication Center.
