LOS ANGELES, Oct 24, (Agencies): Jennifer Lopez has a new reason to celebrate as her Bel Air mansion has found a new owner, selling for just under $34 million, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal on Monday. The sale comes nearly six months after the singer, aged 54, tied the knot with Ben Affleck in a Georgia ceremony.

Originally listed for $42.5 million, the eight-acre estate spanning over 12,000 square feet was handled by Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates.

Carolwood Estates provided an up-close look at the mansion in a video previously shared on YouTube. The video showcases the numerous amenities of the home, including a stylish library and sitting room, a private theater, and a guest house that can serve as a gym or studio. The property is nestled behind large wooden gates and boasts a harmonious blend with nature through its use of stone and wood elements.

Upon entering the home, the main level features a living area with an elegant bar, a fireplace, and a view of the expansive terrace. The chef’s kitchen is equally grand, offering two islands and the option to relax in its built-in breakfast area or the formal dining room.

Additionally, the property includes a separate guest cottage with a spacious motor court. The grounds offer various entertaining options, including a 100-seat amphitheater, a pagoda with a firepit, an entertainment pavilion complete with a full kitchen, a private lake featuring a sandy beach, and an outdoor shower.
