It May Be Just a Picture to You — But the Enemy Sees Intelligence

KUWAIT CITY, March 4: The National Guard distributed awareness brochures under the title, “You See It as a Picture, the Enemy Sees It as Information.” The brochure stated that photos could show the timing of movements and gatherings, reveal roads, entrances and exits, accurately determine geographical locations, and expose patterns of daily life.
