TEHRAN, Jun 7: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it launched ballistic missiles targeting Israel’s Ramat David air base, in what it described as a warning strike carried out by its Aerospace Force.

In a statement, the IRGC said the operation was intended as a warning, adding that any further aggression would prompt a broader response that could include “all U.S.-Israeli targets in the region.” The force did not provide independent evidence of the strike or its impact.

The IRGC also said Iran’s acceptance of a ceasefire was conditional on the cessation of hostilities on all fronts, alleging that both the United States and Israel had failed to comply with their commitments. It warned that continued violations would lead to expanded retaliatory measures.

The statement comes amid heightened regional tensions and ongoing exchanges of missiles and airstrikes between Iran and Israel, with both sides maintaining high military alert levels.
