MANAMA, July 20: Bahrain's Civil Aviation Authority said Iran targeted the kingdom's civil air navigation systems in an attack on Monday, but confirmed that the incident did not disrupt aviation operations.
In a statement carried by the state news agency, the authority said flights and air traffic transiting through Bahrain continue to operate normally despite the attack. It added that air navigation services remain fully functional, with no impact on flight safety or scheduled operations.
