TEHRAN, Jun 8: Iran has reported that 15 people were injured in the latest Israeli strikes, with no fatalities recorded, according to the country’s emergency services chief.
Jafar Miadfar, head of Iran’s Emergency Organization, told Tasnim News Agency that 14 people were injured in Mahshahr in the southwestern Khuzestan province, while one person was wounded in Tehran.
He added that 14 of the injured have since been discharged after receiving treatment, with only one person still receiving medical care in the hospital.
The reports come amid continued exchanges of strikes between Israel and Iran, as tensions remain high across the region.
