Interior Ministry warns public against trespassing and hunting in Kuwait's nature reserves
Ministry of Interior calls on citizens and residents to respect the nature reserves laws.

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 1: The Ministry of Interior issued a stern warning on Saturday, urging the public to refrain from entering, hunting, or trespassing in nature reserves across Kuwait. The Ministry emphasized that such actions are illegal and will be met with strict legal consequences.

In an official statement, the Ministry explained that the warning is part of a broader effort to safeguard the country’s natural environment and wildlife. The statement further clarified that vehicles, hunting tools, and falcons used for illegal hunting within the protected areas would be confiscated, with violators facing legal action in coordination with relevant authorities.

The Ministry stressed its commitment to ongoing field operations to monitor and address any violations that threaten the environment or endanger wildlife. It also reaffirmed its collaboration with the Environment Public Authority and other relevant agencies to protect Kuwait’s ecological resources.

The Ministry urged both citizens and residents to fully comply with the established laws and regulations and to respect the sanctity of nature reserves to help preserve the country’s environmental heritage.
