RIYADH, Nov 3: The Special Forces for Hajj and Umrah Security have apprehended an individual shown in a video violating the rules and regulations of the Grand Mosque. Legal procedures have been completed in accordance with the relevant authorities, the Ministry of Interior (MOI) confirmed via its official channels, including X@SECURITY_GOV and MOI.GOV.SA.
