KUWAIT CITY, Dec 23: The Traffic Court has issued a verdict in absentia against an unidentified Indian for crossing the red traffic light and causing accident by violating the right of way law and fined him KD 100, reports Al- Rai daily.
The court has requested the Public Prosecution to inform the defendant of the verdict. A source pointed out the defendant will not be able to appeal the verdict after a period of 27 days calculated from day two of the issue of the verdict.
