RIYADH, Oct 8 : The Embassy of India in Riyadh has advised Indian nationals across Saudi Arabia to remain alert amid the current situation and to follow instructions issued by local authorities through official channels.
In an advisory dated October 8, the Embassy urged Indians to stay indoors as necessary and strongly advised them not to circulate or repost videos or news related to the ongoing events.
The Embassy said its mission in Riyadh and the Consulate in Jeddah, along with their outsourced services through VFS, continue to function normally. Further updates and advisories will be issued as necessary.
The Embassy also said its 24-hour Pravasi Bharatiya Sahayata Kendra (PBSK) helpline remains available at 8002471234. Indian nationals were encouraged to follow the Embassy's official social media channels for updates.
