Indian Embassy announces new ICAC services in Kuwait from July 23

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 23: The Embassy of India in Kuwait has announced that Indian consular services, including passport, visa, and attestation services, will be available through three new Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) from Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The services will be provided by M/s DU Digital Global at the following centres:

  • Kuwait City ICACAl Jawhara Tower, 1st Floor, Qibla, Block 11, Plot 11, Salem Al-Mubarak Street, Kuwait City
  • Fahaheel ICACSama Mall, 3rd Floor, Unit 55, Plot No. 21, Fahaheel
  • Dajeej ICACWaha Mall, Units 37 and 38, Ground Floor, Al Dajeej

All three centres will operate daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

According to the advisory issued by the Embassy of India, applicants can access services on a walk-in basis or through prior appointments booked online via the ICAC appointment portal.

Applicants booking appointments online have been advised to select the correct category of service required to avoid delays.

The embassy also announced that, in addition to the Government of India fees for consular, passport, and visa services, DU Digital Global will charge a service fee of KD 6 per application or service.

The service charge will cover additional facilities, including form filling, photographs, document typing, domestic courier services, printouts, and photocopies.
