KUWAIT CITY, May 5: The Indian Badminton Association successfully concluded its second edition of IBAK Strike Out Badminton Tournament, on the 1st and 2nd of May 2025 at the IBAK Gym in Salwa. The tournament drew an impressive turnout, with over 220 players competing fiercely across seven categories: Beginners, Lower Intermediate, Higher Intermediate, Ladies Doubles (Above 20), Advanced, Above 40, and Pro Team Combo.

The two-day sporting spectacle featured more than 200 matches, showcasing talent, passion, and sportsmanship at every level of play. The Pro Team Combo category, the tournament’s flagship event, was proudly sponsored by Yonex and Pro Sports, adding prestige and competitive edge to the top-tier games. Six teams participated in the Pro Team Combo category – Team Ninjas, Team Elite, Team JB, Feather Force, Shuttle Strikers, and Smash Squad. The Category was played in a round robin format. In the end, Team Ninjas clinched the championship title.

Players of all skill levels were allowed to test their mettle in a well-organized, inclusive, and high-energy environment. IBAK Strike Out 2025 not only celebrated badminton as a sport but also fostered community engagement and promoted healthy competition among diverse participants.
