KUWAIT CITY, May 28: India’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Paramita Tripathi, has extended warm congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on the occasion of the second anniversary of his appointment as Crown Prince of Kuwait.
In a message issued, HE. Paramita Tripathi stated
"On behalf of the people and the Government of India, I extend warm congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah on the occasion of the second anniversary of assuming the high office of the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.
His Highness the Crown Prince has provided visionary leadership in advancing Kuwait’s aspirations for progress, prosperity, and national development. His commitment to dialogue, peace, and regional harmony continues to inspire admiration and confidence both within the region and beyond.
India and Kuwait share a long-standing relationship shaped by history, maritime links, cultural affinity, and deep-rooted friendship between our peoples. The visit of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Kuwait and his meetings with the leadership of Kuwait, His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince, imparted momentum to the India-Kuwait Strategic Partnership, reaffirming our two countries' shared vision for peace, prosperity, and cooperation.
Amid regional developments and heightened tensions, the telephone conversations held on two occasions between Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and His Highness the Crown Prince reflected the deep trust and close engagement between our two countries, as well as our common commitment to peace and stability in the region.
India values Kuwait as a trusted friend and an important partner in the Gulf region. I am confident that under the visionary leadership of His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince, the bonds between India and Kuwait will continue to deepen for the benefit of our peoples and the wider region.
