Illegal Alcohol Trade: 23 Detained in Kuwait’s Security Sweep

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 15: The Ministry of Interior arrested 23 expats of Asian nationality. These individuals were found in possession of 540 bottles of locally produced liquor, these arrests were made in nine different areas, including Khaitan, Mahboula, Fahaheel, and Salmiya. They are currently being referred to the relevant authorities for the necessary legal actions to be taken against them.
