Home delivery worker tampers with garbage

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 26: Criminal Investigation department managed to arrest a delivery worker for tampering with garbage in front of a house in Abdullah Al Mubarak, before he held one of the requests and proceeded to hand it over.
The video was investigated by the detectives and it turned out that the incident occurred in the area of Abdullah Al-Mubarak, and they were able to determine the identity of the delivery operator who turned out to be Egyptian and was arrested, he stated during interogation that he was searching in garbage if he could take anything from him.
Legal measures are taken against him for not following health regulations
