Higher Education Ministry Assures Support for Kuwaiti Students Overseas

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 15: Amid ongoing regional developments following the Iranian aggression against the State of Kuwait, Mishari Saleh, Supervisor of Guidance, Counseling and Special Missions at the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education, affirmed that the ministry has been closely and continuously monitoring the situation of Kuwaiti scholarship students in host countries since the first moments of the crisis.

During a media briefing, Al-Saleh said the ministry has implemented several measures to ensure the safety of scholarship students and the continuity of their academic progress. He urged students in Gulf Cooperation Council countries and other nations to contact Kuwaiti cultural offices through the announced emergency numbers if needed.

He added that the ministry is maintaining ongoing coordination with relevant government entities inside Kuwait to ensure the continuity of institutional work and to closely follow up on the conditions of students abroad.
